RACES / ARES / ACS - Emergency communications support for the Tri-Valley area
Emergency communications in the Tri-Valley include coordination through RACES (Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service), ARES (Amateur Radio Emergency Service), and ACS (Auxiliary Communications Service).
